With 20 years of experience spanning the nonprofit, federal, state, and private sectors, she specializes in developing comprehensive solutions to complex problems. Her expertise includes ROW solar, EV charging infrastructure, resiliency, and materials circularity. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated success in building partnerships to accelerate the adoption of sustainable transportation infrastructure. Laura’s unique ability to bridge technical, policy, and operational domains has established her as a leader in advancing resilient transportation systems.

      Sherry Pifer, Managing Partner

      Sherry Pifer is a highly experienced professional in freight planning and logistics, with over 15 years dedicated to advancing multimodal freight initiatives and strategic infrastructure development. She has a proven track record of leading complex freight planning projects, optimizing supply chain networks, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to achieve innovative solutions. Sherry’s expertise includes navigating federal regulations, enhancing freight infrastructure to support economic growth, and developing data-driven strategies for multimodal freight system improvements. Her proficiency in project management, stakeholder engagement, and critical analysis makes her a trusted leader in addressing the challenges and opportunities within multimodal planning.

      Stephen Wing, Operations Manager

      Stephen Wing brings over 30 years of IT and other technical expertise and 20+ years in operations and management, with experience spanning telecommunications, healthcare, and software development. As a General Manager in telecommunications, Stephen optimized daily operations and developed cutting-edge Windows-based applications adopted nationwide. With proficiency in a wide variety of applications and platforms, including .NET, SQL Server, and Asterisk/Linux, Stephen integrates deep technical expertise with strategic problem-solving. Reporting directly to CEOs throughout his career, he collaborates with senior leadership to achieve operational efficiency. A results-oriented professional, Stephen empowers teams to leverage their strengths and grow, fostering open communication and innovation.
